Nightstand

a bedside organizing product

Problem

Night routines often involve switching between lighting, charging devices, and keeping small objects organized in low-light environments. Nightstand investigates how one form can simplify that interaction while maintaining a calm visual presence in a bedroom space.

Material and Lighting

concrete, walnut, 1" steel tubing, and acrylic

The lighting is built into the surface of the nightstand to provide ambient lighting to the room as well as highlight the items on your nightstand. The contrast between lights-on and lights-off states helps communicate control, clarity, and mood.
